Program was developed for a statistics course, in order to illustrate the nature of randomness. The aerial plot illustrates the clustering of points that is characteristic of randomness. The histogram plot shows the effect of tossing different numbers of coins and building up a frequency distribution corresponding with the number of heads & tails. Increasing the sample size makes the frequency plot come closer to the binomial, illustrating the effects of sample size. The conclusion being that a particular distribution may result from a small sample size rather than any particular physical processes.
